Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and CRATA when you use crata.app. By making a card you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
  • Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your login links can use your account.
  • Only connect social accounts that are yours.

Your content

You own what you put on CRATA (your photo, bio, notes and so on). You let us show it on your card and pages so CRATA can work. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or that you don't have the right to use, and don't impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments and fees

  • Payments run through Stripe, and payouts need a Stripe account. Stripe's terms also apply.
  • CRATA keeps 2% of brand invoices and 5% of tips and memberships. Card processing and instant payout fees are shown before you confirm.
  • Card Studio Pro is a one-time $9.99 purchase that unlocks Pro card looks for as long as your account exists. It isn't refundable, except where the law requires.
  • Deals between you and brands, fans or collaborators are between you and them. You're responsible for delivering what you promise and for your own taxes.

Stats and suggested prices

Stats come from Instagram and TikTok and can change or be delayed. Suggested prices are estimates, not promises of earnings.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Edit card. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

The legal part

CRATA is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or problems caused by Stripe, Instagram, TikTok or other services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid CRATA in the past 12 months. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about big changes.
