CRATA (crata.app) gives creators a shareable card, a rate card, invoices and ways to get paid. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us: your name, email, handle, profile photo, bio, city, niche and what you're looking for.
  • Social media stats, only when you connect an account: through the official Instagram and TikTok APIs, with your permission, we read your username, follower count, and recent posts' likes, comments, shares and views. We use these to show verified stats and suggest prices. We never post, message or change anything on your accounts.
  • Activity in CRATA: who you link up with, notes you write, rates, invoices, bookings, tips and memberships.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers or bank details; we keep records of amounts, dates and who paid whom.
  • Basic technical data: a login cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.

How we use it

  • To run your card and public pages, which anyone with your link can see (name, handle, photo, bio, stats and rates).
  • To process payments and payouts, send login links and receipts, and show you activity.
  • To keep CRATA safe and fix problems.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe for payments, identity checks and payouts.
  • Resend to deliver emails.
  • Railway, which hosts the app and database.
  • Instagram (Meta) and TikTok, only to read your stats when you connect them.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can disconnect Instagram or TikTok at any time on the Rate card tab, which deletes the stats and access tokens we stored. You can delete your whole account from Edit card; see how to delete your data. Stripe may keep payment records it's legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can see and edit your details in the app, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it by emailing yawsamofficial@gmail.com. CRATA is for people 18 and older.
